Recreation Services Attendant - Winter 26-27The Recreation Services Attendant position is responsible for interacting with guests to ensure a memorable experience throughout the resort. This position may cover work areas such as base area, on-mountain, parking lots, bus depots and Lost Forest activities such as the climbing wall, tubing and the alpine coaster. This role reports to the Guest Services Manager.Applications for this position will be accepted until October 1, 2026 for the 2026-2027 Winter Season.Essential job functions include greeting guests and maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude dealing with guest needs, ensuring the safe operation of on-mountain activities, assisting guests with equipment, answering questions, promoting and offering information about the resort, setting up, operating, and breaking down work areas, clearing, monitoring, and inspecting equipment, reporting complaints and guest concerns, checking tickets, recording attendance, sales, receipts, reservations and repair of activities, collecting, handling, and storing ski/snowboard equipment, conducting market research surveys with on-site guests when necessary, and performing other duties as assigned.Education & experience requirements include proficient experience in the guest service industry, previous experience in one or more of the areas/activities described above preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.Knowledge, skills, and abilities include general knowledge of the resort and area, familiarity with company rules, regulations, and operational standards, understanding on how to assist customers and meet their needs effectively, basic industry terminology, basic computer skills, ability to work in collaboration with others to achieve team goals, follows all safety policies and procedures and exercises caution when working, ability to quickly adapt to changes in processes, customer flow, environments, and tasks, and ability to engage with customers in a positive and helpful manner.Work environment and physical demands include ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, bend or be on your feet for extended periods of time, regularly work in wet, cold, hot conditions requiring the use of protective apparel/equipment to prevent exposure to the elements and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces, and must be able to frequency lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance.Job benefits include paid time off programs, paid leave programs, employee ski pass, and other company perks.
