Global HR Strategy Partner & Talent Lead

Riveron is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with leaders across service lines and geographies. You will design and deliver high-impact people programs and provide strategic HR consultation to drive a best-in-class employee experience. You will lead core HR processes, advise on employee relations, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Learning & Development to align people strategy with business goals.
