About the Company K. Hovnanian has over 65 years of experience in home building and community development, and has built homes for more than 300,000 families across the United States. Responsibilities Using premier CAD technology, you’ll draw accurate and detailed plans that help illustrate home plans, building materials, options, and more. You will also develop forms, charts, and other construction documents for review by internal decision-makers and future homeowners. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent educational background. 2 to 5 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop and Google Sketchup. Strong understanding of residential construction, structural, and mechanical design. Benefits Hourly rate between $28.85 and $36.06. Eligibility for bonuses. Time off: 3 weeks paid vacation, 6 sick days, and 3 personal days. Eligibility for overtime. Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
