Job Summary


The Director of Corporate Investment Banking leads the origination, structuring, and execution of complex financial transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory. This role involves managing client relationships, driving business development, and overseeing deal teams to deliver high-quality financial solutions.

Job Description

• - Lead end-to-end execution of M&A, debt, and equity transactions
• - Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships
• - Identify and originate new business opportunities
• - Provide strategic financial advice and market insights to clients
• - Oversee financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes
• - Manage and mentor junior team members
• - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (legal, accounting, investors)
• - Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk policies

Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• (MBA or CFA preferred)
• - 10++ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related financial services
• - Proven track record in executing M&A, debt, and equity transactions
• - Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• - Deep understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, and regulatory frameworks
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong attention to detail
• - Strong network of corporate clients, investors, and industry professionals is a plus
• - Fluency in English & Korean
