Essential Job Functions Promote the Centralized Recruiting Process by providing guidance to Store Managers on how to efficiently execute the program. Source candidates through various channels including online job posting sites, job fairs, and career workshops. Conduct virtual interviews (phone or Skype) within a specified region for Assistant Store Managers and Manager‑in‑Training candidates. Manage the receipt of background checks for candidates, updating the database daily to determine next steps. Communicate with Market Managers when interviews are completed for store‑level manager candidates and coordinate second interviews. Facilitate internal job fairs and career workshops to promote engagement and develop talent within the company. Respond promptly to all inquiries related to hiring and recruiting. Contribute to HR team goals through the utilization of the ASANA task management system. Facilitate end‑to‑end recruiting for non‑store associates, including phone screening, background checks, reference checks, offer letter composition, ordering company tools, and non‑store orientation. Participate in job fairs at local colleges and universities to aid in recruitment efforts. Conduct new hire orientation classes as needed. Perform other duties as assigned, which may vary over time. Duties To properly perform the duties of this position, the individual must be able to meet the following physical demands: Communicate with store managers, associates, candidates, and external stakeholders in a clear, consistent manner. Work under tight deadlines, interruptions, and stressful situations. Remain in a stationary position for long periods while operating a computer keyboard for data entry. Maintain workspace and files, often under the desk. Use computer screens accurately for data entry, fax machines, copiers, and telephone communications. Handle items of varying weight, stand, walk, and reach with both hands and arms as required. Requirements Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to work under pressure. Works well independently and in team settings. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to process information, gather, assess, organize, audit, and verify data. College background preferred but not mandatory. Adherence to normal office environment with occasional field work exposure to outdoor elements.
