Responsibilities Source candidates through job boards, job fairs, outreach, and other networking opportunities. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines. Assist in forecasting headcount needs. Conduct application reviews and initial recruiting steps. Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Manage candidate flow within the ATS (Workday&Paradox), including dispositioning and status updates. Ensure candidate records are accurate, complete, and up to date. Support high‑volume entry‑level recruitment efforts and timely candidate movement/dismissal. Assist with offer‑letter preparation using approved templates and compensation guidelines. Provide a positive and professional candidate experience. Success Metrics Independently manage a high‑volume and/or complex requisition workload while maintaining strong quality, urgency, organization, and candidate experience standards. Build consultative partnerships with hiring managers by influencing hiring decisions, providing market insight, setting realistic expectations, and proactively identifying challenges. Maintain exceptional process discipline and ATS compliance through accurate tracking, timely dispositioning, clean documentation, and adherence to recruiting workflows. Use recruiting data, pipeline analytics, and hiring trends to drive decision‑making, improve effectiveness, and identify opportunities for process optimization. Operate with ownership, accountability, and professionalism, driving requisitions forward proactively and communicating effectively across stakeholders. Requirements 3‑5 years of experience in recruiting, coordination, administrative support, or related fields. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Exposure to full‑cycle recruiting or strong interest in learning. Experience with an ATS (Workday or similar) preferred. Experience supporting entry‑level or high‑volume hiring environments preferred. Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university. Schedule & Compensation Hybrid working model: Monday‑Wednesday in office, Thursday‑Friday from home. Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM local time zone. Competitive pay commensurate with experience.
