Front Desk Attendant
Under the general guidance of the Property Manager: maintain the front desk by greeting guests; making reservations; accepting payments; overseeing the safety and security of guests and the building; and doing everything necessary to foster positive relations. Coordinates with the Housekeepers to ensure rooms are cleaned properly and in a timely manner for guests.

Minimum Education
- High school or equivalent
Minimum Work Experience
- No previous experience
Required Licenses/Certifications
Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities
- Effectively work with hospital personnel
- Ability to carry out obligations and duties of position
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills
- Maintains professional appearance and decorum at all times
- Requires extreme diplomacy and tact
- Commitment to the religious values of the institution
- Answer telephone/use computer/use calculator/use photocopier
