ATI is seeking a QC Lead to join our growing client:
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Perform fiber optic installation, splicing, testing, and troubleshooting on commercial or industrial projects.
- Conduct quality inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Read and interpret test results, maintain accurate records, and complete project closeout documentation.
- Lead and coordinate field crews while promoting a safe, quality-focused work environment.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and escalate quality, schedule, or material concerns as needed.
- Operate fiber splicing and testing equipment, including OTDR and insertion loss testing tools.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on fiber optic installation, splicing, and testing experience.
- Working knowledge of industry standards and best practices for fiber optic infrastructure.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BICSI Installer or Technician certification.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience with large-scale commercial, industrial, or data center fiber projects.
- Experience with high-count fiber backbone installations and advanced fiber testing methods.
