Accepting applications for a Senior Industrial Engineer to support United States Space Force Space Systems Command (SSC), Space Sensing (SN) activities in Boulder, Colorado or Los Angeles Air Force Base in El Segundo, California.

This position will perform schedule, production, and process analysis in support of assigned Space Sensing programs. The selected candidate will lead assigned analytic tasks with limited direction and produce metrics and status products for Government leadership.

The ideal candidate will have solid Integrated Master Schedule and production analysis experience in a Department of Defense or aerospace environment and the ability to turn programme data into clear recommendations.

What you will be doing:

• Perform Integrated Master Schedule analysis, including critical path, float, and schedule risk assessment.

• Assess contractor production planning and manufacturing performance against program milestones.

• Develop and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and status products for Government leadership.

• Support Manufacturing Readiness Level assessments and factory site visits.

• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to Government and contractor workflow.

• Participate in technical interchange meetings, Integrated Product Teams, and working groups.

• Develop analysis inputs to reports, briefings, meeting products, and Government deliverables.

What you will need:

• Professional experience and technical depth commensurate with a Senior-level role in the applicable functional area.

• Relevant industrial engineering, schedule analysis, production analysis, or related technical experience commensurate with the position level.

• Working proficiency with Integrated Master Schedule tooling and schedule health assessment.

• Experience reviewing complex technical documentation and translating findings into clear recommendations.

• Ability to assess technical, schedule, interface, and mission risks and communicate impacts to Government stakeholders.

• Strong research, analytical, technical writing, editing, and briefing skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with military, civilian, FFRDC, and contractor personnel.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications used to develop technical reports, briefings, schedules, and other Government deliverables.

• Ability to work on site in Boulder, Colorado or Los Angeles Air Force Base in El Segundo, California and support in-person Government meetings and mission activities as required.

• Ability to support CONUS and OCONUS travel when required by the Government.

• Ability to work with sensitive and classified information, Government systems, controlled-access facilities, and Government-furnished equipment in accordance with contract requirements.

• Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance required. Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance if required by the contract.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Experience supporting United States Space Force, Space Systems Command, or another Department of Defense space acquisition organization.

• Familiarity with Earned Value Management and DCMA 14-point schedule assessment.

• Experience supporting technical or programme reviews.
