Associate Attorney

Pracht Injury Lawyers is seeking a new or early-career attorney who wants to learn how to become an effective plaintiff’s lawyer and civil litigator. No prior personal injury experience is required. This is a hands-on position where you will learn the nuts and bolts of personal injury litigation, including automobile collisions, premises liability, workers’ compensation, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and complex civil cases. You will work alongside experienced attorneys and participate in cases from the initial client meeting through settlement or trial. At Pracht Injury Lawyers, our clients are not numbers. The starting salary is $100,000 for the first year. After the first year, there may be an opportunity to restructure compensation to a commission‑based or performance‑based model. This position is for an attorney who wants more than simply managing files.
