As we continue to evolve, we are investing in the expansion of our Estate Planning practice and bringing those services to the Greenville community. We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to help establish and develop this practice while strengthening our presence and relationship within the community.**Who Thrives in This Role**This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys building lasting client relationships, cultivating referral networks, and serving as a trusted advisor to individuals, families, and business owners as they navigate estate planning. They are committed to delivering exceptional client service, strengthening community connections, and building a thriving estate planning practice while upholding Sodoma Law's core values of collaboration, integrity, and excellence.**How You’ll Contribute*** Provide trusted legal counsel to individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning and wealth preservation matters.* Draft and implement comprehensive estate planning documents while managing client matters from intake through completion.* Deliver an exceptional client experience through responsive communication, practical advice, and relationship-focused service.* Help establish and grow the Estate Planning practice in Greenville through business development, community engagement, and professional relationship building.* Collaborate with attorneys and staff across the firm to support client needs and contribute to the continued success of Sodoma Law.## Qualifications**What Sets You Up for Success*** Licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina Bar; North Carolina licensure is a plus.* 3+ years of experience practicing estate planning, trusts, and related matters.* Demonstrated ability to independently manage a client portfolio and maintain a high standard of client service.* Established professional network and experience developing business within the community.* Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help establish and grow estate planning practice.* Active involvement in the Greenville, Spartanburg, Laurens, Oconee, Anderson, or Pickens communities is preferred.**Why People Join Sodoma Law**At Sodoma Law, we approach our work differently.
