Accounts Payable Data Entry ClerkArlington, TX 76015 Hours: 1st Shift, 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri Pay: $18 hourlyDAILY:Perform day to day financial transactions by verifying, classifying, and entering supplier invoices.Reconcile vendor accounts to ensure all invoices and payments are accounted for and properly posted.Respond to vendor inquiries.Resolve open purchase orders.Complete to problem invoices.Convert inventory return to voucher.Email vendors to inquire about credits owed & enter in system.Enter credits when received.
