The Role

We're searching for a skilled Residential Service Plumber with a solid background in residential plumbing. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair, along with a commitment to customer service excellence. This role is crucial for upholding our client's high standards of safety and service.

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years in the plumbing industry, particularly in residential settings.
Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes and a strong commitment to safety.
Excellent diagnostic abilities and a problem-solving approach.
Outstanding customer service and sales skills.
Capable of lifting a minimum of 70 pounds and working in diverse environments to efficiently perform job tasks.
Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately identify and resolve plumbing issues in residential environments.
Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on various plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards.
Provide superior customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
Pursue continuous learning to remain updated on industry trends and advancements.

Schedule

Weeknight shifts (Wednesday to Friday, 6-10 PM)

Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 9 AM-6 PM)
