Make a meaningful difference every day by supporting young learners in a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position. This opportunity allows you to work directly with a dynamic group of 36-40 students in a daycare center setting, providing vital speech and language services during the academic year.

What you bring:

• Active SLP license; applications from Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also welcome.
• Experience or strong interest in working with early childhood or school-aged populations.
• Familiarity with individualized therapy plans and progress monitoring.
• Confidence in conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Organizational skills to manage a 35-hour workweek Caseload.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children, families, and staff.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students in a daycare center, focusing on developing communication, articulation, and language skills.
• Complete all necessary documentation for assessments, progress, and individualized plans according to school and state requirements.
• Collaborate proactively with educators, caregivers, and other specialists to maximize student support.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations and communication with families.
• Foster an engaging and inclusive environment that meets students’ unique needs.
