Qualifications and Desired Skills:

• Active SLP license required; Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) applicants are welcome
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) highly preferred
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric caseloads is beneficial, but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Passion for working with young children, providing compassionate care and effective communication strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 36-40 students at a daycare center, focusing on assessment, intervention, and tailored therapy plans
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation of student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and allied professionals to support each child’s success
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Foster a positive, engaging therapy environment that promotes each child’s unique strengths and needs

This is a fully onsite position, offering a consistent weekly schedule of 35 hours within a supportive educational community.
