Qualifications & Preferred Background

• Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license is required (will consider strong Clinical Fellows—CFY candidates)
• Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language services, particularly with early childhood populations
• SLP-CCC highly desired, but not required
• Confidence working independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented school environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evaluations, therapy, and intervention for students with communication disorders, primarily in a daycare setting
• Develop, implement, and document individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals and school policies
• Consult with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members for comprehensive student support
• Monitor and track student progress; adapt interventions as needed
• Stay current with best practices and compliance standards in school-based speech services
