About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic leadership and work with the Board of Directors and other management to establish and implement long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. The CEO will be accountable for the organization's fiscal function and performance, as well as for the development and execution of programs and planning. A key aspect of the role is to cultivate relationships with medical staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will also be responsible for compliance with laws and regulations, effective communication of the organization's goals, and the implementation of performance improvement and patient safety programs. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should be experienced leaders with a background in the healthcare industry. The role requires an individual with a strategic vision, sound technical skills, analytical ability, and good judgment. The CEO must be a team player, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to relate to people at all levels of the organization. The position demands a decisive individual with a big-picture perspective, capable of making persuasive presentations and experienced in contract negotiations. The CEO will be expected to have a Bachelor's and/or MA degree, or 10-15 years of related experience, and to be a proactive and self-directed professional with a high standard of ethics.
