What You’ll Do

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely, maintaining Chick-fil-A’s high standards
Manage kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep with expertise
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
Stay updated on new menu items and complete all required training
Ensure safety around kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
Complete opening and closing tasks efficiently
Lead by example while adhering to Chick-fil-A’s dress code and policies

Who You Are

Reliable, cheerful, and positive with a passion for serving others
Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Flexible with scheduling, including weekends and overtime
Physically able to lift 20 lbs regularly and stand for long periods
