What if your work as a Behavior Technician could change lives every single day while building a meaningful career? At Holding Hands, our Behavior Technician team delivers impactful, one-on-one care that helps children, adolescents and adults grow, develop, and thrive. As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across Clinic, Home, Community, and School settings while being supported by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative clinical team.
Compensation & Benefits for Behavior Technician
- $ 22-$28/hour Direct Therapy rate
- Fully paid training (no experience required)
- RBT certification support + exam reimbursement

- Flexible part-time schedules (15–30 hours/week)
