Geriatric Primary Care Physician - Outpatient Focus

ArchWell Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its outpatient centers dedicated to Seniors. The role focuses on patients 60 and older in a warm, patient-centered environment with no weekend hours and a supportive care team. You will practice in a state-of-the-art facility with cloud-based EMR and opportunities for a base salary plus bonus based on quality metrics.
