We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join a high-volume, upscale hospitality environment in Lebanon, OH. This role offers the opportunity to step into a key leadership position with full operational oversight, supporting a well-established and highly respected dining destination.

Position Overview

The AGM will act as a senior operational leader, overseeing day-to-day business performance, team leadership, and guest experience. This role is critical in preparing the business for its peak season, which drives the majority of annual revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across a multi-level, high-volume hospitality environment
• Provide direct oversight to Food & Beverage leadership and service management teams
• Ensure exceptional guest experience through hands-on, visible leadership
• Drive operational efficiency, staff performance, and service excellence
• Support seasonal ramp-up planning and execution for peak business periods
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture with a long-tenured staff

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, upscale dining, or related environment
• Proven success managing high-volume operations and large revenue streams
• Strong leadership presence with a polished, professional communication style
• Ability to lead tenured teams through influence, credibility, and respect
• Hands-on operator comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Local candidates strongly preferred
