Employment Type Casual Employee (per diem, hourly clinician role) 8-23 patient care hours per week Location One Medical Cleveland French Creek Square clinic in Avon, OH with the ability to support shifts at the Van Aken District clinic in Shaker Heights, OH What You'll Be Working On Seeing patients with a broad array of needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role) Treating patients in-office and conducting occasional tele-health visits Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, and with virtual clinical teams Utilization of your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required At least 2 years of primary care experience Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Ohio Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups Thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes Board Certification One Medical Providers Also Demonstrate A passion for human-centered primary care Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care Desire to be an integral part of a team changing healthcare delivery Openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs Casual/Per Diem/Locums Providers Benefits Malpractice insurance covered 100% UpToDate subscription for evidence-based clinical research One Medical issued laptop for secure EHR access Sick Time PTO eligible per local requirements This is an hourly role with openings across the Cleveland, OH area including our Avon and Shaker Heights clinics. The hourly rate for this role is $135/hour.
