Providing strategic in-house legal support, the full-time Corporate Counsel will manage complex vendor contracts, technology agreements, and healthcare regulatory matters while working remotely. Key responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of vendor, technology, professional services, and healthcare agreements, overseeing the contract lifecycle Advise on MSO-style practice management, physician operations, and value-based care initiatives to ensure compliance with healthcare laws Partner with executives and business leaders to identify legal issues and develop practical solutions Required qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and active membership in good standing of any State Bar 4+ years of legal experience focused on healthcare regulatory matters and complex vendor/technology contract negotiations Exceptional contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with a record of providing commercially focused legal advice Sound judgment in identifying and balancing legal, operational, and business risks Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and legal operations tools is strongly preferred
