CMA Part Time Onsite Concierge

Concierge PositionThe Concierge is the property's first point of contact for the Homeowners and the Community Manager. Their primary responsibilities include assisting homeowners, daily walking inspections, and reporting any problems to the Community Manager. They should also be available to answer calls and accept packages.Major tasks, responsibilities and key accountabilities:Accept packages for residentsLog receipt and delivery of all packagesContact homeowners immediately when packages are deliveredRespond to (or forward as appropriate) and track all homeowner inquiriesComplete building walking inspections daily and monitor building for cleanliness.Notify community manager of issues needing their attentionDistribute homeowner notices as neededProvide a daily summary of activities and issues, including daily logs and checklist notesDaily walking inspection checklist:Report any light outagesEnsure hallways are clear of debris and obstructionsInspect walls and carpets for damage or stainsInspect Fitness Center and verify equipment is in placeEnsure trash and recycle bins are not overflowingSchedule: TBD - Availability may include weekdays, and/or weekends. Shifts are 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm.Payrate: Depends on ExperienceBenefits are available for Full time positions onlyWork Location: Onsite; Decatur, GA 30030Minimum qualifications:Must be eighteen years of age or olderMust pass a Background CheckEducation and experience required:Good oral and written communication abilities.The knowledge and skills typically gained through the acquisition of a high school diploma and/or GED.Three years of related experience preferred.Physical requirements:Capable of working extended hours, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.Able to see well enough to read faint or partially obscured writing or printing, with corrective lenses if needed.Must be able to speak English in a clear and understandable voice so that various types of communications may be conducted with people of various levels of education and capabilities, to include the exchange and receipt of information over the telephone.Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying, and moving objects that can weigh up to 50 lbs. This movement can occur throughout the day. Must also be able to climb several flights of stairs if necessary.This position will alternate between working indoors in a controlled climate and with proper lighting, to an outdoors setting with variable climate and lighting.Must be able to interact with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail oriented, and with good reasoning skills.Must have finger dexterity for typing/using a keyboard.Must pass Background Check and Drug Test.Disclaimer: The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
