Functions including but not limited to:Work with users to gather requirementsCreate design documentationDevelop applications and interfaces between systemsDevelop reportsWrite users manualsCreate Test Plans for COTS packagesPerform system testing according to documented test planEvaluate procedures to verify they meet regulatory requirementsQualificationsEducation: Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceCommunication: Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
