Senior Paid Media Manager

We're a consumer products company that owns and manages a portfolio of nationally recognized brands, and we're aiming to reach $500 million in revenue this year. Our products cover e-mobility, consumer electronics, outdoor power equipment, lawn and garden, cleaning and more, with global operations.
We're looking for a hands-on Senior Paid Media Manager to run and scale our paid advertising for our Joe brands: Snow Joe®, Sun Joe®, Aqua Joe® and Auto Joe®. You know paid media inside and out! Campaign setup, tracking, testing and optimization across Google, Meta and TikTok. You build and run campaigns yourself, not through an agency, and you can explain exactly what you did and why it worked.
You'll own paid media performance across our DTC site, ShopJoe.com, and our social channels. That means planning budgets, launching and optimizing campaigns, making sure tracking is accurate, and turning data into clear decisions. You'll work closely with our Digital Marketing, Creative and Sales/Data teams, and you understand how paid media connects to inventory, promotions and the rest of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build and manage paid campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok.
- Own paid media budgets, pacing and forecasting to hit revenue and ROAS goals.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, server-side tracking, UTMs and attribution so results are accurate.
- Analyze performance daily and weekly, and optimize bids, budgets, audiences and creative based on the data.
- Run structured creative and audience tests, and share what's working with the creative team.
- Write clear creative briefs and give practical feedback on ad creative and landing pages.
- Align campaigns with product launches, seasonal demand, promotions and inventory levels.
- Build weekly and monthly reports with clear insights, actions and expected impact.
- Use AI tools and platform automation to work faster and improve results.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing, Creative, E-commerce and Sales/Data teams on full-funnel strategy.
- Stay current on platform changes, new ad products and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience managing Google, Meta and TikTok campaigns directly, not only through agencies.
- A track record of growing revenue and improving ROAS for an e-commerce or DTC brand.
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, server-side tracking, UTMs and attribution.
- Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics (GA4), platform dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience running structured creative and audience tests.
- Able to explain campaign setup, decisions and results clearly and simply.
- Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets.
- Experience with Shopify and DTC consumer products is a strong plus.
- Experience with Amazon Ads or TikTok Shop GMV Max is a plus.
- Experience with outdoor tools or home and garden products is a plus.
