DOCUMENT SCANNING SPECIALIST - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

EMH&T is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to support a project focused on the digitization of company records. This position is responsible for scanning, indexing, and ensuring the accuracy of documents as they are converted into electronic files. This is a project-based assignment, with employment expected to continue through the completion of the scanning initiative; the duration will vary based on project progress and workload. Work Environment & Schedule Full‑time schedule (typically 40 hours per week), the workday starts at 8:00 a.m. This position is eligible for benefits for the duration of employment. May require extended periods of sitting, standing, and repetitive hand movements. May require lifting and/or moving boxes weighing up to 60 lbs. This is a long‑term, temporary position with no implied intention for long‑term, permanent employment.
