Responsibilities include: * Performing customized Swedish, Deep Tissue, and therapeutic massage sessions * Developing treatment plans based on each client's goals and needs * Educating clients on the benefits of routine massage therapy * Building strong relationships that encourage repeat visits and long-term wellness outcomes * Maintaining accurate SOAP notes and treatment documentation * Creating a welcoming, professional, and healing environment for every guest What We're Looking For * Active Massage Therapy License * Passion for helping people feel their best * Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach * Strong communication and customer service skills * Team-oriented mindset * Availability to work some evenings and/or weekends Build the Career You Went to School For More than half of our clients request their Massage Therapist by name.
