Interim Controller

Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Interim Controller who can immediately assume Controller-level responsibilities and provide continuity across the accounting and finance function.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee month-end close
• Manage financial reporting and accounting operations
• Provide day-to-day Controller-level leadership
• Ensure continuity throughout the transition
• Support knowledge transfer and process documentation
• Partner with the existing finance team and key stakeholders
• Identify and address issues impacting close and reporting

Ideal Background:

• 10-15 years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
• Prior Controller or similar senior-level accounting experience
• Able to step in quickly and operate independently
• Strong month-end close and financial reporting experience
• Media & Entertainment experience preferred

Technology - Nice to Have:

• NetSuite
• HighRadius
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• ERP transformation / implementation experience
