About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Operations/Integrator to lead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic and operational leadership, including the development and execution of the company's strategic plan, financial strategy, and P&L oversight. This role requires a proven operations leader with a strong background in process optimization, operational structure, and organizational improvement, particularly within the semiconductor industry or manufacturing operations. The Head of Operations will also be tasked with operational optimization, process development, and people leadership, including HR processes and team development. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' of operations leadership experience at the director level or above, with a total of 10 years' of progressive business experience. Experience in scaling a business, strong financial and P&L experience, and a background in the semiconductor industry or manufacturing operations are essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and curious problem-solver, a strong and balanced leader, emotionally intelligent, and resilient. They should be a clear, direct, and adaptable communicator, process-driven, and organized, with a proactive and relentless approach to accountability. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and experience with EOS, Mergers & Acquisitions, and in a startup or rapidly scaling organization is a plus.
