The RN will provide high-quality patient care in collaboration with physicians and healthcare staff across various clinical settings. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety and excellence in care. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly to physicians Perform wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge instructions Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical interventions when needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA regulations Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (or compact license) ADN required; BSN preferred Current BLS certification required ACLS certification preferred (depending on assignment type) 1+ year of clinical nursing experience preferred (new grads considered for select roles) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.) preferred Ability to work in fast-paced and high-acuity environments Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays) Must comply with HIPAA and healthcare safety standards Weekly pay options Growth opportunities across multiple facilities #J-18808-Ljbffr RexVital Care Staffing Solutions
