Choice Personal Care is growing our Monterey-area team and hiring Caregivers for day, evening, and overnight shifts.No previous caregiving experience? That's okay — we're willing to train the right people!Whether you're an experienced caregiver or interested in starting a new career helping others, we'd love to meet you. We offer part-time to full-time opportunities, a variety of schedules, and shifts ranging from 4–12 hours.What You'll DoAs a Caregiver with Choice Personal Care, you'll provide non-medical support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their own homes.Depending on the needs of each client, you may:Assist with activities of daily living and personal carePrepare meals and provide eating assistance when neededHelp with light housekeeping and maintaining a comfortable home environmentProvide medication remindersOffer companionship, conversation, and engaging activitiesAssist clients with recreation and social activitiesProvide transportation to appointments or errands as assignedObserve and report changes in a client's condition or needsProvide dependable, respectful, and compassionate support to clients and their familiesWhat We're Looking ForYou don't need years of experience to make a great caregiver.
