Job Description:

Registered Nurse needed for ER/MedSurg Swing unit with responsibility for providing acute care and managing patient transitions. Will float to ED holds if needed and may work charge duties.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care in a 22-bed unit with a 1 to 4 ratio for acute care and 1 to 6 for Swing bed patients.
• Titrate drips as needed and handle normal titratable or set rate drips.
• Read tele strips as an ED nurse and manage patients using NEBS, O2 nasal and mask, and other respiratory equipment.

Requirements:

• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum one year of MedSurg experience.
• License to submit is required; BSN is not.
