Regional Director - Healthcare Dining Services Full-Time | Multi-Site Leadership | Skilled Nursing & Senior Care A respected and growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Dining Services to provide operational leadership and support across multiple Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care communities. Position Summary The Regional Director of Dining Services will oversee dining and culinary operations across multiple locations, partnering closely with facility leadership and local Dining Services Directors to ensure exceptional resident dining experiences, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and operational consistency. The ideal candidate brings a strong healthcare food service background, multi-site leadership experience, and a commitment to person-centered care. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, guidance, and operational support to Dining Services Directors and culinary teams across multiple facilities Ensure consistent execution of company dining standards, policies, and best practices throughout the region Monitor regulatory compliance with federal, state, local, sanitation, and infection control requirements Conduct routine site visits, operational assessments, and performance reviews Partner with facility leadership teams to improve resident satisfaction, quality outcomes, and service excellence Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development of dining services leaders Analyze operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost management Assist with budget planning, purchasing initiatives, inventory management, and expense control strategies Collaborate with clinical and nutrition teams to ensure appropriate therapeutic diet implementation and resident-centered meal service Lead special projects, new program implementation, and operational improvement initiatives throughout the region Qualifications Previous leadership experience in healthcare dining, long-term care, hospital, senior living, or post-acute care food service required Multi-site management experience required Strong understanding of Skilled Nursing Facility operations and regulatory requirements Knowledge of therapeutic diets, sanitation standards, quality assurance, and compliance programs Demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and developing management teams Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Registered Dietitian (RD), or ServSafe certification preferred Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and holidays Mileage reimbursement and travel support Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive executive leadership team and stable organization Why This Opportunity?
