This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing leadership with patient care and believes that a thriving hospital starts with a supported team and an outstanding client experience. While LVT licensure is not required, candidates should have previous veterinary hospital experience, strong clinical knowledge, and a passion for developing people and creating positive hospital culture.

Position Overview

As our Veterinary Practice Manager, you'll partner closely with the Managing Veterinarian and hospital leadership to oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice while serving as a visible, supportive presence for the team. This is a true hands-on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to:

• Lead and inspire a collaborative, high-performing team
• Support daily hospital operations and workflow efficiency
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Assist on the treatment floor as needed to support patient care
• Foster an exceptional client experience from check-in to discharge
• Help maintain a positive, engaging workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability, and compassion
• Partner with leadership to achieve hospital goals while maintaining the highest standards of patient care
