Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Progressive Care Unit Duration: Full-time Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: - Minimum 2 years' experience in ICU, PCU, or Medical/Surgical settings - Minimum 2 years' experience in Emergency Department - Experience in cardiac monitoring License: - Current State License Certifications: - BLS (AHA) - ACLS (AHA) - PALS (AHA) Must-Have: - Ability to work independently and make nursing judgments and decisions - Team player and strong communicator Description: We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our inpatient unit. The ideal candidate will care for a diverse range of patients. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, providing, and evaluating nursing care. Utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking is essential. The right candidate should have a patient-centered approach to care. It is preferred for candidates to have experience in a small facility or rural setting. Candidates should be motivated to learn and enhance their nursing skills.
