We have currently promoted one of our Sales Consultants to Finance, and we are now looking to bring in another top salesperson at Giles Nissan! We are seeking competitive individuals who are career driven, and want to develop elite communication skills, build long term income growth, and work with one of the leading dealerships in Acadiana.

• Unlimited Earning Potential: First year sales consultants average $60k-$80k with top performers exceeding 6 figure income

What Your Success Looks Like: This is a career driven by relationships, where your success is determined by the effort you put into growing your business. Your responsibilities are

• Learn and confidently present features, technology, and benefits of our vehicles
• Build relationships both in person and through calls, texts, email, and online inquiries
• Leverage social media and other platforms to self-market
• Lead customers through the entire purchase process from first contact to delivery
• Counsel and ask thoughtful questions to understand customers wants, needs, lifestyles, and budgets prior to recommending the right vehicle
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow up
• Work consistently with finance and management teams to help customers find best purchasing solutions

Who Were Looking to Add to Our Team: This position is best suited for are highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial minded, and eager to build a career in a performance driven environment. You must have the following

• Be 21+ with a Valid Drivers License and acceptable Driving Record
• Pass a required pre-employment drug screening
• Confident starting conversations with new people
• Resilient when facing rejection
• Have Customer Service and/or sales experience
• Great communication and active listening skills
• Strong personal discipline and accountability
