Weekly House Cleaner Needed – Sterling Heights ($25/hour) My wife and I are looking for a reliable house cleaner to clean our home in Sterling Heights once per week. We are offering $25 per hour. About the home:
- 1,200 sq ft single-story ranch
- 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
- Basement is not included in the regular cleaning
- Two of the bedrooms are used as home offices
- Bathroom features a fully tiled shower with glass door and dual-sink vanity
- Hardwood, tile, and LVP flooring throughout, with a few area rugs
- Monthly clean of refrigerator and oven
- Bring your own equipment and cleaning supplies
- Unload and load dishwasher as needed
- Empty trash cans and replace trash bags
- Change and remake bed with clean linens provided
- We have two long-haired cats
- My wife and I both work remotely and are usually home during the cleaning
- We are looking for the same cleaner each week, on a consistent day and time
- We currently use a cleaning service but are looking to make a change due to inconsistency in service
- The current service typically takes 2–2.5 hours to clean the home
- Looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working around pets and homeowners who are present
- References from current or past clients are required
- Proof of liability insurance is required
