Weekly House Cleaner Needed – Sterling Heights ($25/hour) My wife and I are looking for a reliable house cleaner to clean our home in Sterling Heights once per week. We are offering $25 per hour. About the home:

• 1,200 sq ft single-story ranch
• 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
• Basement is not included in the regular cleaning
• Two of the bedrooms are used as home offices
• Bathroom features a fully tiled shower with glass door and dual-sink vanity
• Hardwood, tile, and LVP flooring throughout, with a few area rugs
• Monthly clean of refrigerator and oven
• Bring your own equipment and cleaning supplies
• Unload and load dishwasher as needed
• Empty trash cans and replace trash bags
• Change and remake bed with clean linens provided

Additional details:

• We have two long-haired cats
• My wife and I both work remotely and are usually home during the cleaning
• We are looking for the same cleaner each week, on a consistent day and time
• We currently use a cleaning service but are looking to make a change due to inconsistency in service
• The current service typically takes 2–2.5 hours to clean the home
• Looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working around pets and homeowners who are present
