Assembler II

Looking for a steady position with a growing team and shift flexibility? We are seeking detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join a premier manufacturing leader in the local area across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. In this role, you will work with hands-on machinery and components to build quality products in a safety-focused environment. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical parts, components, and sub-assemblies according to detailed work instructions. Use basic hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to complete standard product assembly. Perform visual quality checks on finished parts to ensure standards and specifications are met. Keep materials organized at the workstation and maintain continuous flow along the line. Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to all facility safety guidelines. Working hours: Various Shifts Available Skills Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to follow written and verbal assembly instructions accurately. Positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team environment. Education High School Experience 1-4 years Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production preferred. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift. Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift schedules.
