MANAGEMENT ANALYST
U.S. Marine Corps
DutiesYou will assist the Administrative Support Branch Head in the research and evaluation necessary to execute special division projects.You will develop, evaluate and advise on improving the effectiveness of the administrative support procedures and programmatic aspects of agency operations and management.You will identify and resolve problems associated with the administrative branch's mission.You will prepare written reports, charts, graphs and spreadsheets to process for military and civilian administration and brief supervisors and managers.You will provide advice, guidance and assistance to programs in the uniform interpretation of directives and guidelines regarding DoD and DoN policies in support of military and civilian personnel.You will establish criteria to measure and/or predict the attainment of program or organizational goals and objectives.
