The position will be located at Ludington Pumped Storage Plant, 15 minutes south of Ludington, MI. Responsibilities Submit purchase order requisitions and coordinate purchases with site team, purchasing team and suppliers Process invoices and complete goods receipts Track site purchasing costs for project cost control Support site HR activities (hiring, layoff, union relation, ...) Prepare employee/union mobilization including site access coordination, background checks, etc Validate timesheets and prepare payroll files and expenses for union employees Prepare reports and forecasts for project team and client Perform any other administrative tasks related to the site Qualifications Certificates or degrees in Office Administration and/or Accounting preferred Previous demonstrated experience in construction administration for large construction projects. Fully computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word). SAP knowledge is desirable. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English in an international team environment. The employee is required to talk and/or hear in an office setting (noise level is low). The employee is frequently required to stand and walk in an office environment from 4-8 hours. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch. The vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and adjust focus. The employee may be required to lift objects up to 50 lbs., climb ladders and perform other tasks related to an industrial environment.
