Business Intelligence Analyst IIThe Business Intelligence Analyst II plays a key role in supporting Tire Rack's business intelligence efforts by analyzing data, developing dashboards, and translating information into actionable insights. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, uncover business opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly while managing multiple projects.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business needsAnalyze moderately complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insightsCollaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to gather, analyze, and interpret dataUse SQL and other analytical tools to retrieve, evaluate, and troubleshoot dataDevelop data-driven recommendations that support business processes, performance, and profitabilityCommunicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and business partnersVerify data accuracy and integrity across dashboards, reports, and other analytical deliverablesManage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting established deadlinesPerform other duties as assigned to support daily operationsQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analyst, business intelligence, or related analytical role with a focus on data visualization and reportingProficiency with Tableau and experience developing dashboards and data visualizationsIntermediate proficiency with SQL, including the ability to write and troubleshoot queries and understand relational database conceptsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools for data analysis and reportingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insightsStrong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrityExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience requiredHours:Monday-Friday; occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; additional hours may be necessary
