Job Description As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to give every guest who comes into the store an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company, proud of the brand, and passionate about building loyalty with each guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day. Your Responsibilities You are a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friends-first mindset. You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and excel at educating guests on product details while making fitting suggestions. You share the brand love! You eagerly introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. You are versatile and can smoothly transition between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. You are an innovative problem solver! Making guests’ days is your priority, and you proactively resolve concerns while following company policy. You are a team player—always ready to help your colleagues get the job done. You act with integrity, doing the right thing and adhering to AEO's policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love interacting with people. You love AE and Aerie products. You have previous retail experience. You are at least 16 years of age.
