AR Specialist

Overview The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the company\'s incoming payments and ensuring accurate financial records. This includes invoicing customers, tracking payments, resolving discrepancies, and supporting cash flow management. Key Responsibilities Prepare and send invoices to customers promptly. Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment and follow up on overdue accounts. Process payments, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers. Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of payments and customer account details. Provide excellent customer service to address billing inquiries. Requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Sherpa Benefits Must be a full-time employee (30+ weekly hours / 130 hours per month) to be eligible.
