This role is ideal for someone who thrives in leadership, can execute at a high level, and is passionate about developing others while delivering exceptional guest experiences. What You’ll Do Lead and execute Front of House operations during your shift Ensure excellent customer service and uphold Chick-fil-A standards (CORE 4) Coach, develop, and motivate team members with a positive, servant-leader mindset Manage shift flow, staffing, and daily execution Partner with BOH, Drive-Thru, and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations Monitor food quality, service speed, and guest satisfaction Handle customer concerns and team member performance issues professionally Analyze performance and contribute to operational improvements Support training, onboarding, and development of new team members Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment What We’re Looking For 1+ year of restaurant leadership experience (FOH, Drive-Thru, or similar) 1+ year of experience managing or leading a team Strong communication and coaching skills Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills Team-oriented and adaptable Comfortable multitasking and making quick decisions Requirements Full-time availability (including Saturdays) Must be able to start at 2:00pm-3:00pm. Opportunity to start earlier.
