Candidates must be willing to relocate if they do not currently reside in the area. Located just six blocks from the University of Arkansas campus, Stonebreaker Hotel offers the perfect balance — close to the energy of campus life while tucked away from the congestion and noise of the busy downtown entertainment district. Our setting creates a more elevated and intentional guest experience, and we are building a Food & Beverage team that reflects that same atmosphere. As Chef de Cuisine , you will oversee all kitchen operations and play a key role in shaping the future of The Stonebreaker. Working closely with the Corporate Food & Beverage Director, you'll be the cornerstone of our evolving menu-preserving beloved classics while crafting bold new offerings. As Chef de Cuisine , you will be an important part of the food service management team with responsibilities including hiring, supervising, and scheduling kitchen staff for both banquet operations and restaurant outlets, while also having significant input on menu development and culinary direction. If you have a culinary degree (or equivalent work experience) and can work nights and weekends.
