Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Santa Ana, CA. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with 3-5 years of experience supporting customers, resolving service issues, processing orders, and maintaining accurate communication records.

The Customer Service Representative will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping ensure timely responses, accurate information, and a positive service experience. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person regarding products, services, orders, billing, and account information.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, orders, payments, and actions taken.
- Resolve customer service or billing concerns by researching issues, coordinating solutions, processing adjustments, and following up as needed.
- Process orders, cancellations, returns, invoices, deposits, payments, or billing arrangements according to company procedures.
- Escalate unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate internal departments for review, investigation, and resolution.
- Confirm that customer issues have been properly addressed and that appropriate changes or corrections have been completed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $25 to $30 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Handle customer inquiries, order entry, account updates, billing questions, and service-related concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer communications, transactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure timely customer follow-up.
- Support customer satisfaction through accurate information, clear communication, and effective problem-solving.

- 3-5 years of customer service, client care, order support, or related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous customer approach.
- Ability to research issues, assess customer concerns, and provide practical solutions.
- Experience using customer service systems, order entry platforms, CRM tools, or similar business software.
- Strong attention to detail for documentation, billing, records, invoices, and transaction accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests while maintaining quality, patience, and follow-through.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn internal systems and processes.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with other departments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, product-based, or business-to-business customer service environment.
- Experience processing returns, credits, billing adjustments, invoices, or order changes.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or customer support ticketing systems.
- Ability to provide product information, recommend solutions, and support customers through issue resolution.
