Job Summary
Our client is looking for Functional Lead at Washington, DC
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience leading stakeholder workshops and translating PPBE and budget formulation processes into clear system requirements
4+ years of experience designing and validating processes, data models, workflows, reports, automated outputs, and system load files
Experience coordinating functional and development workstreams, including status tracking, risk management, issue resolution, testing, and UAT
Ability to comply with applicable DoD security, privacy, cybersecurity, and system access requirements.
Preferred qualifications
3+ years of practical experience supporting Department of the Navy or Department of Defense PPBE Budget Formulation, including pre-PBIS activities
3+ years of experience working with General Fund and/or Working Capital Fund environments, appropriation structures, Justification Books, and budget exhibits
Experience leading the functional design and implementation of OneStream solutions
Experience mapping legacy and future-state budget formulation workflows for enterprise system implementation
Experience validating reports, exhibits, and load files against Navy budgeting, planning, and statutory requirements
Experience leading user training, knowledge transfer, deployment, and post-deployment stabilization activities.
