As PRIME AE continues to expand its capabilities, geographic reach, and leadership bench, this is an exciting time to join a team that is building momentum, investing in growth, and empowering leaders to make a lasting impact.We are currently seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to join our team in our Jacksonville or Orlando, Florida offices.In this role, you will manage and deliver complex land development projects from initial planning and design through permitting and construction. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.This position offers the opportunity to play a key leadership role in supporting residential, commercial, and industrial development projects while mentoring staff and strengthening client relationships.As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, design, and execution of land development projects while providing technical leadership and project management oversight. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project delivery from concept through construction.Key responsibilities include managing multiple land development projects from preliminary planning and design through permitting and construction, leading and mentoring project teams including civil engineers, designers, AutoCAD technicians, and interns, serving as a technical resource and subject matter expert on land development design and permitting processes, managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk while ensuring successful project delivery, coordinating with clients, regulatory agencies, and subconsultants throughout the project lifecycle, overseeing quality control reviews of engineering plans and technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards, providing leadership in project planning, task assignments, and team coordination, supporting project reporting, client communications, and internal project tracking, mentoring junior staff and supporting their professional growth and development.What you'll bring includes a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program, Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Florida, or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire, experience with land development design including residential, commercial, and industrial projects, proficiency with AutoCAD, WaterCAD, ICPR, and Microsoft Excel, experience working in collaborative environments using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, strong understanding of land development permitting and regulatory processes, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and motivate project teams, ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and within a team environment, high level of professionalism, discretion, and initiative.We don't just fill positions; we invest in people.
