Land Development Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Land Development Manager to oversee and coordinate a variety of land development projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, managing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and zoning laws. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that all projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards. Your expertise will be essential in negotiating land acquisitions, securing necessary permits, and liaising with municipal authorities to facilitate smooth project approvals.


The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for developing project timelines and ensuring that all phases of development are completed on schedule. Additionally, you will monitor construction progress, address any issues that arise, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial as you will be interacting with various parties, including clients, government officials, and community members. A degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field, along with several years of experience in land development, is required for this position.
